नेपाल नर्सिङ परिषद्को उपाध्यक्षको हैसियतमा पारदर्शिता, जवाफदेहिता, प्रमाणमा आधारित निर्णय, व्यावसायिक सहकार्य र डिजिटल रूपान्तरणमार्फत नर्सिङ नियमनलाई सुदृढ बनाउनु मेरो प्रतिबद्धता हो। सक्षम र नैतिक नर्सिङ अभ्यास, गुणस्तरीय नर्सिङ शिक्षा, निरन्तर व्यावसायिक विकास र प्रमाणमा आधारित नर्सिङ सेवा प्रवर्द्धन गर्न म काम गर्छु। नर्सिङ परिषद्, शैक्षिक संस्था, स्वास्थ्य संस्था र पेसागत निकायबीचको सहकार्य बलियो बनाउनुपर्छ भन्ने मेरो विश्वास छ। सँगै मिलेर हामी नेपाली जनताको स्वास्थ्यमा योगदान गर्ने भरपर्दो, सक्षम र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय रूपमा मान्यताप्राप्त नर्सिङ पेसा निर्माण गर्न सक्छौँ। As Vice-President of the Nepal Nursing Council, my commitment is to strengthen nursing regulation through transparency, accountability, evidence-based decision-making, professional collaboration and digital transformation. I work to promote competent and ethical nursing practice, quality nursing education, continuing professional development, and evidence-based nursing services. I believe in strengthening the collaboration among the Nursing Council, academic institutions, healthcare organizations and professional bodies. Together, we can build a trusted, competent, and internationally recognized nursing profession that contributes to better health outcomes for the people of Nepal.
